Our passion for quality ingredients and classic techniques combined with a more casual atmosphere have driven our menus. We hope to add an approachable and innovative venue to the already diverse dining experiences available in Ithaca.

Executive Chef Gentry Morris a graduate of Western Culinary Le Cordon Bleu. Gentry’s 10+ years of employment in the industry and European culinary travel experiences make him the perfect person to lead our kitchen team. Gentry was the Chef Owner of Belly, a pop-up restaurant that operated at local bar Lot 10 from 2013-2014. Since then Gentry has worked as the Sous Chef at Le Café Cent Dix, which has quickly risen to be regarded as one of the finest restaurants in town.
Lila Donaruma is a longtime hospitality professional, with 15 years of experience across a multitude of operations. She is a graduate of the Hospitality Management program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Over the years she has worked as a bartender, server, wine director, manager, catering director and more, in venues ranging from 28-seat fine dining molecular gastronomy restaurants to 150 seat casual establishments.
Autumn Greenberg is a 2004 graduate of Ithaca College with a degree in Organizational Communications, Advertising, and PR. She boasts 10+ years in the hospitality industry. Most recently Autumn worked as a founding Bartender at Bar Argos at the Argos Inn. In its first two years of operation, Bar Argos was voted best drink menu and best craft cocktails in town by the readers of the local Ithaca Times.
